What Process do you use to clean carpets?

We use the "hot water extraction" method, also known as "steam cleaning". This is the most recommended cleaning process by the world’s largest carpet manufacturers.
 
 
How long will my carpets take to dry? 
 
We use powerful machine to extract as much water and detergent as possible from carpets. We also use powerful turbo dryer at the end of the cleaning process. The average carpet drying time is around 2-3 hours, but this also depends on the amount of soiling in the carpet, the length of pile, the temperature in the property, the weather, etc.
 
 
Can I walk on the carpet after cleaning?  

Yes, you can, but please use clean white socks because walking on freshly cleaned carpet with bare feet may leave oil spots. Also be careful when walking from damp carpet to any hard surface to avoid falls.  Try to limit traffic until completely dry.
 
 
What Are Your Hours of Business?

We usually work from 8am to 6pm and answer phone calls from 8am to 10pm. To meet our clients requirements we are also available at evenings and weekends.
 

How often should I clean my carpets?
 
It is recommended that you have your carpets cleaned at least every 12 months. But it depends on many factors. You might need to clean your carpets even every 3 to 6 months if you have pets, but if there are just two of you in the home with no pets, with very little traffic, you could say every 2 years. If you have allergies, you need to clean as often as necessary to keep the environment in your home comfortable for you to live in. If you family generates a lot of stains and traffic you need to clean more often to prevent these spots and stains become permanent.
 
 
My carpet is wool. Is there higher price for cleaning wool carpets?

No. However we are careful to clean the wool carpets and we use lower water temperature to eliminate any shrinkage. If you have wool carpet, please inform us at the time of booking.
 

Do you move furniture?
 
We move most couches, chairs  and tables free of charge but heavier items  and furniture with electronics or breakables will either need to be moved before our visit by the home owner or we can clean around them.
 

Will you be able to remove all stains from my carpet?
 
We have some very specialized  products but some stains, such as food colourings, hot drinks, cosmetic  preparations, plant foods, etc. may cause permanent colour change to the fibres so no guarantee can be given for complete stain removal.
